✅ Eligibility Criteria

Academic Requirement:

HSSC (Pre-Medical) Part-I result will be used for merit calculation.

Full HSSC (Pre-Medical) or equivalent exam must be passed with at least 60% aggregate marks before admission confirmation.

Admission Test:

Must have passed UHS-UGAT 2025 with a minimum of 50% marks.

Test Date: Thursday, 9th October 2025

Time: 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon

Format: 100 MCQs

English: 25

Biology: 25

Chemistry: 25

Physics: 25

Duration: 2 Hours

Processing Fees:

Rs. 1000/- per program (non-refundable)

Rs. 3000/- UGAT test fee

Fee to be deposited via system-generated challan.

Required Uploads:

Applicant’s CNIC/B-Form

Father's CNIC

Passport-size photograph

SSC Certificate / Result Card

HSSC Part-I Result Card

Domicile

IBCC equivalence (if applicable)

Each file must be ≤1 MB, clear and in prescribed format.

Important Notes:

One program = One application.

Fee must be paid for each selected program.

Any modifications after fee submission require fresh fee payment.

No hard copy submissions required.

⚠️ Important Rules

Admission confirmation is conditional upon passing full HSSC (Part-I & II) with minimum 60%.

Merit lists will be published only on the UHS official website: www.uhs.edu.pk

Admissions granted on open merit basis.

No reversion allowed once transferred to another program.

Transfer requests must be submitted within the notified period.
