22nd CONVOCATION – 2025

The University of Engineering & Technology (UET), Taxila is pleased to announce that its 22nd Convocation – 2025 will be held on December 1 and 2, 2025, at UET Taxila. Eligible graduates will be awarded their degrees as per the schedule and instructions detailed below.

Eligible Graduates

Graduates who have completed their degrees on or before November 14, 2025, are eligible to participate according to the following convocation schedule:

📌 Convocation Day – December 01, 2025 (Monday)

Eligible Entries:

1. 2020 BSc/BS Graduates who have completed their degrees up to November 14, 2025

2. PhD & MSc/MS Graduates who have completed their degrees up to November 14, 2025

3. 2020 BSc/BS Graduates of APCOMS and SCET (Affiliated Institutes)

📌 Convocation Day – December 02, 2025 (Tuesday)

Eligible Entries:

1. 2021 BSc/BS Graduates who have completed their degrees up to November 14, 2025

2. 2021 BSc/BS Graduates of SCET (Affiliated Institute)

Rehearsal Day (Mandatory)

• Date: November 30, 2025 (Sunday)

• Rehearsal attendance is compulsory for all graduates.

• Graduates who do not participate in rehearsal will not be allowed to attend the convocation ceremony.

Important Participation Requirements

Only those graduates will be permitted to attend the convocation who:

1. Submit the Willingness Form ONLINE

Graduates of Affiliated Institutes must submit the Willingness Form to their respective institutes as per their own guidelines.

2. Attend the Mandatory Rehearsal on November 30, 2025.

Entry & Invitation Cards

• Entry cards and guest invitation cards will be issued on the rehearsal day.

• No entry to the convocation ceremony will be permitted without an entry card.

Guest Policy

• Each graduate is allowed one guest only, subject to payment of Rs. 3000/- (Guest Registration Fee).

• The fee can be paid through any of the following methods:

2. Bank Challan available at HBL UET Taxila

3. HBL Bank Draft / Pay Order in favor of Treasurer, UET Taxila

Convocation Robes

• Robes will be provided by the contractor at UET Taxila.

• Fee: Rs. 1300/- (Rent + Security)

• Security will be refunded after robe return, with rent deducted.

• Robes will be issued on rehearsal day.

Documents Required on Rehearsal Day

All graduates must bring the following:

1. Academic Transcript – One attested photocopy

2. Provisional Certificate – One attested photocopy

   • Applicable for PhD and MSc/MS graduates only

3. CNIC – Original + one attested photocopy

4. Two Recent Photographs (1" x 1" size)

   • Write Name & Registration Number on the backside

Warning & Conduct Requirements

• Rehearsal participation is mandatory.

• Graduates are required to maintain discipline and decorum throughout the ceremony.

• Any misconduct or behavior considered inappropriate for the dignity of the ceremony may result in the degree being withheld or cancelled.
