UNIVERSITY OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY (UET) LAHORE

COMBINED ENTRANCE TEST 2026 (SECOND & FINAL)

Mandatory For: Admission into B.Sc. Engineering, Computing, and other disciplines in Public and Private Sector Engineering Institutions of the Punjab.

As per Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) regulations, this is the second and final opportunity for the year 2026. The best score between ECAT 1 and ECAT 2 will be used for merit determination for Fall 2026 admissions.

Application Process & Fee

1. Generate Challan: Visit admission.uet.edu.pk to generate a challan of Rs. 3,000/-.

2. Payment Options:

   • HBL: Via HBL Online Banking or HBL KONNECT.

   • UBL: At any UBL branch, via UBL Mobile App, or UBL Omni.

3. Finalize Application: After payment, fill out the online form and select your preferred test center.

   • Note: Test centers cannot be changed after submission.

Test Format & Subject Combinations

The test is at the Intermediate level and lasts 100 minutes. There are 100 questions total: 10 for English and 90 divided equally among the other three subjects.

• Scoring: 4 points for each correct answer. No negative marking.

• Combinations:

  1. Math, Physics, Chemistry, English

  2. Math, Physics, Computer Science, English

  3. Math, Statistics, Computer Science, English

  4. Biology, Physics, Chemistry, English

  5. Math, Statistics, Physics, English

• DAE Candidates: Must choose between (Math, Physics, English, Chemistry) or (Math, Physics, English, Computer Science).

2. Bahawalpur: Islamia University

3. Lahore: UET Main Campus

4. Faisalabad: UET Faisalabad Campus

5. Narowal: UET Narowal Campus

6. Gujranwala: RCET Gakhar

7. Rahim Yar Khan: KFUEIT

8. Taxila: UET Taxila

9. Gujrat: University of Gujrat

Mandatory Requirements for Test Day

Candidates must bring a valid Photo-ID. Acceptable forms include:

• CNIC / NICOP / Juvenile Card / Form-B (with photo).

• Original Matric/Intermediate Certificate with a photograph.

• Passport or Computerized Domicile (with photo).

• Statement of Entry (for A-Level students).
