Notice for Affiliation / Extension in Affiliation (2026-2027)

The University of Education (UE), Lahore, invites applications from Public and Private Sector Colleges across Punjab and Islamabad for affiliation or extension of affiliation for the academic year 2026-2027.

Offered Programs for Affiliation

The university offers affiliation for a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate diploma programs:

• 4-Years BS Programs: Includes Botany, BFA (Graphic Design/Painting), Chemistry, Computer Science, Economics, English, History, Islamic Studies, Mathematics, Physics, Urdu, Zoology, and B.Ed. (General & Special Education).

• 2-Years BS Programs (5th Semester Intake): Botany, Chemistry, Computer Science, Economics, English, History, Mathematics, Physics, Urdu, and Zoology.

• 2.5-Years B.Ed. Program: (5th Semester Intake).

• 2-Years Associate Degree Programs (ADP): Available in 18 subjects including Business Administration, IT, Special Education, and Pakistan Studies.

• 1.5-Years Program: B.Ed.

• 1-Year Post Graduate Diplomas: Speech & Language Therapy and Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Application Guidelines

Institutions must follow a three-step submission process: Online, Hard Copy, and Email.

1. Online Submission

• Apply via: https://ue.edu.pk/affilatedcolleges/apply

• Generate and print the Fee Challan.

2. Fee Payment

• Visit/Processing Fee: Rs. 50,000 (Non-Refundable).

• Bank: Any branch of The Bank of Punjab (BOP).

3. Physical & Email Submission

Submit the hard-copy file to the Secretary Affiliation Committee and a scanned copy to secretaryaffiliation@ue.edu.pk. The file must include:

• Completed application form (signed and stamped).

• All requisite supporting documents.

• Customer copy of the fee deposit receipt.

Important Terms & Conditions

• Deadline: Complete applications must reach the office by June 12, 2026.

• Islamabad Institutions: Must provide an NOC from the Higher Education Commission (HEC).

• Existing Affiliates: Must apply for an extension to avoid being de-affiliated automatically.

• Authorization: No institution is authorized to advertise or start classes until written provisional affiliation is granted by UE Lahore.

• Mandatory Registration: Punjab-based institutions must provide a Registration Certificate from the Directorate of Public Instructions (Colleges).
