Note: GAT (General) and GAT (Subject) results arranged by NTS are also acceptable.

Admission Schedule

Application Procedure

1. Apply Online:
   Candidates must apply for the Admission Test through the University website www.uoas.edu.pk or directly via portal.uoas.edu.pk — separately for each discipline.

2. Submission of Admission Test Form:

   • Submit a copy of the Admission Test form along with a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,500/- deposited in any Bank of Khyber branch.

   • Account Details:
     Account Title: University of Agriculture, Swat
     Account No.: PK42KHY5203003004012339

   • Submit the test form and bank receipt to the Directorate of Advanced Studies & Research (DASAR) Office on or before 20 November 2025.

3. After Qualifying the Test:

   • Candidates who secure the required test score must deposit an additional admission processing fee of Rs. 1,500/- (Non-Refundable) in the same account.

   • Submit the complete admission form, required documents, and bank receipt to the concerned Department/Institute on or before 10 December 2025.

4. Candidates with Awaited Results:

   • Those awaiting their results may apply for the admission test only.

   • However, they must submit their provisional certificate/degree before the interview date to secure admission.

5. Important Note:
   Only candidates who have submitted the University Admission Test Form to the DASAR Office within the due date will be eligible to appear in the entry test. Late forms will not be entertained.
