OGDC National Talent Hunt Program (NTHP) – Sukkur IBA University 2026

Overview:
The Oil and Gas Development Company (OGDC), in collaboration with Sukkur IBA University, announces a fully-funded scholarship program for youth from underprivileged areas of Pakistan. This initiative aims to identify and nurture talented students, providing them with world-class education and professional opportunities.

Under this program, 340 students will be initially selected for a Foundation Semester based on a merit-cum-poverty criterion, where they will study the following subjects:

• English

• Mathematics

• Information & Communication Technologies (ICT)

From the initial cohort, the top 200 students achieving a minimum GPA of 2.2 will be awarded the OGDC-NTHP Scholarship to pursue degree programs at Sukkur IBA University Main Campus.

• BS Artificial Intelligence

Selection Criteria

• Applicants must have completed Intermediate in 2023, 2024, or 2025.

• Selection is based on merit-cum-poverty.

• Applicants must belong to OGDC-identified districts.

• Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
