The Sindh Institute of Medical Sciences (SIMS), Karachi invites applications from eligible candidates for admission in various undergraduate, diploma, and certificate programs for the 2026 academic session.

UNDERGRADUATE DEGREE PROGRAMS (4 Years)

BS in Medical Technology

Specializations:

• Anaesthesia & Critical Care Sciences

• Clinical Laboratory Sciences

• Diagnostic Radiology

• Dialysis & Critical Care Sciences

• Nuclear Medicine & Radiotherapy

• Operation Theater Sciences

Eligibility Criteria:

• Intermediate Science (Pre-Medical) or equivalent

• Minimum 60% aggregate marks

• Maximum age limit: 22 years (as of closing date)

• Recent pass-outs and permanent residents of Sindh preferred

BS Nursing – Generic (4 Years)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Intermediate Science (Pre-Medical) or equivalent

• Minimum 50% aggregate marks

• Female candidates only

• Maximum age limit: 25 years

• Recent pass-outs and permanent residents of Sindh preferred

DIPLOMA & CERTIFICATION PROGRAMS

Diploma in Medical Technology (2 Years)

Specialized diploma with hands-on training enabling early career development in:

• Anaesthesia

• Critical Care

• Dialysis

• Nuclear Medicine

• Operation Theater

• Radiology

Eligibility Criteria:

• Intermediate Science (Pre-Medical) or equivalent

• Minimum 50% aggregate marks

• Male candidates only

• Maximum age limit: 20 years

• Recent pass-outs and permanent residents of Sindh preferred

Certified Nursing Assistant (1 Year)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Intermediate Science (Pre-Medical) or equivalent

• Minimum 50% aggregate marks

• Maximum age limit: 20 years

• Recent pass-outs and permanent residents of Sindh preferred

Entry Test & Interview:

• Eligible candidates will be required to appear in an entry test.

• Test date and details will be communicated through email and SMS.

• Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an in-person interview.
