HSSC (Pre-Medical) or equivalent with minimum 60% unadjusted marks, OR
B.Sc with minimum 60% unadjusted marks
Applicants with minimum 50% scores in any valid entry test (MDCAT, USAT, etc.) may request exemption from the STMU entry test
Foreign Qualification Seats:
10% reserved for students with terminal qualifications from foreign systems (e.g. GCSE, Cambridge) or dual nationality holders
Reserved Seats:
2% on merit for nominees of pharmaceutical industry proprietors/directors/partners
5% on merit for children of registered pharmacists
Equivalency must be confirmed by IBCC, Islamabad
