Master of Health Professions Education (MHPE)

Spring Semester 2026

Shifa Tameer-e-Millat University invites applications for admission to the Master of Health Professions Education (MHPE) program offered by the Shifa School of Health Professions Education for the Spring 2026 semester.

Admission Requirements / Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must fulfill the following criteria:

• Possess a minimum undergraduate degree in a health profession discipline with at least 60% marks or CGPA 2.0 out of 4.0.
  Eligible fields include (but are not limited to):

  • Medicine

  • Dentistry

  • Nursing

  • Pharmacy

  • Physical Therapy

  • Any other equivalent qualification duly recognized by HEC

• One year of teaching experience is required.

  • CHPE certification is optional and will be considered an added advantage.

• Applicants must qualify the Departmental/University Entry Test with a minimum of 50% marks.

  • Candidates with a valid GRE/GAT score of at least 50% may be granted exemption from the Department/University Entry Test.

• All applicants must appear in a Departmental Interview.

• Computing skills will be assessed during the entry test and/or interview.

• Final selection will be based on a composite assessment, including:

  • Undergraduate academic performance

  • Entry test score

  • Computing skills assessment

  • Interview performance

• Merit List of Eligible Candidates: Thursday, 22 January 2026

• Deadline for Enrollment & Fee Submission: Monday, 9 February 2026

• Commencement of Classes: Monday, 9 February 2026
