Applications are invited for admission to the Allied Health Sciences Degree Programs for the Academic Session Spring 2025–2026 at H.H. Sheikh Khalifa Institute of Allied Health Sciences, Sheikh Zayed Medical College, Rahim Yar Khan.

Eligibility Criteria

F.Sc. (Pre-Medical) or Equivalent
Minimum 60% unadjusted marks
Qualification must be recognized by IBCC, Islamabad

Admission Application Procedure

Admission forms are available from H.H. Sheikh Khalifa Institute of Allied Health Sciences, Dari Sanghi, Rahim Yar Khan.

Required Documents (Attested Copies)

Secondary School Certificate (Matric) – Verified by the concerned Board
Higher Secondary School Certificate (F.Sc. Pre-Medical) – Verified
Punjab Domicile Certificate (Mandatory – no substitute acceptable)
Character Certificate from the last attended institution
CNIC of candidate and father/guardian
Four (04) recent passport-size photographs
- One attested on the front
- Three attested on the back
Original Medical Fitness Certificate issued by a registered Medical Practitioner / Government Medical Officer
Disability Certificate (for disabled candidates only) issued by Provincial Council for the Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons
IBCC Equivalence Certificate (for candidates with foreign qualifications)
IBCC Equivalence Certificate (for PM diploma holders)

⚠️ Candidates holding domicile of more than one area shall be disqualified.

Institutional Entry Test

Test Format:
- Total: 100 MCQs
- English – 25 MCQs
- Biology – 25 MCQs
- Chemistry – 25 MCQs
- Physics – 25 MCQs
Duration: 02 Hours
Date: Saturday, 07 February 2026
Time: 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon

Merit Calculation Criteria

Candidates applying for more than one program must submit separate applications with separate fees.
Commencement of Classes: 20 March 2026
5% quota reserved for PM-qualified students.
Selection will be strictly on open merit basis.
01 seat out of total seats is reserved for disabled candidates.
No hostel facility is available for Allied Health Sciences students.
No TA/DA will be admissible for test or interview.
Decisions of the Selection Committee shall be final.
