Applications are invited from eligible Pakistani national candidates for FCPS-II Training in various disciplines at Shaikh Zayed Federal Postgraduate Medical Institute (SZFPGMI), Lahore.

Eligibility: Must possess Level-III FCPS degree as per CPSP subject policy.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Candidates must fulfill the following requirements:

  1. MBBS or equivalent degree recognized and registered with PM&DC

  2. One (01) year House Job Certificate from a PM&DC-recognized institution

  3. Permanent valid registration with PM&DC

  4. FCPS Part-I passing certificate

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

Applicants must submit the following documents in the exact sequence:

  1. Institutional Application Form

  2. Application Processing Fee Slip

  3. Three (03) passport-size photographs (attested, front & back)

  4. Copy of Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC)

  5. Copy of FCPS-I Result

  6. MBBS Degree & Detailed Marks Sheets of all professional examinations

  7. Copy of Distinction Certificate (if any)

  8. Copies of BLS, ALS, ACLS, PALS & ATLS Certificates (American Heart Association certified)

  9. Copy of Soft Skills Workshop Certificate (if any)

  10. PM&DC Permanent Registration Certificate

  11. House Job Certificate

  12. HEC/PM&DC Equivalence Certificate (for foreign qualifications)

  13. Candidates who have completed mandatory training in Surgery/Medicine are eligible for allied specialties; IMM passed candidates will be preferred

  14. Domicile Certificate

  15. Copies of Publications (if any) in PM&DC / PubMed Indexed / HEC-approved journals

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Selection will be made strictly on open merit basis

  • Government employees must apply through proper channel

  • Information provided will be verified at the following stages:

    • During application submission and processing

    • At the time of acceptance/joining

    • During training

Any false, mismatched, or forged information will result in rejection of application or termination of training, with no right of appeal.
