BS Medical Technology

Venue: College of Medical Technology, SMBBMU, Larkana

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 60% marks in Intermediate or equivalent examination (Pre-Medical)

• Candidates must belong to districts tagged with the College of Medical Technology, SMBBMU, Larkana

How to Submit the Application Form

1. Candidates must fill out the online application form available on the university website:
   http://admissions.smbbmu.edu.pk

2. Take a printout of the completely filled online application form and attach photocopies of all required documents, duly filled and attested by an officer of Grade 17 or above.

3. The complete application must be sent through any courier service only to:
   Directorate of Admissions,
   Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Medical University (SMBBMU),
   Larkana

4. Applications must reach the Directorate on or before 09 January 2026.

5. Applications submitted by hand will not be accepted.

6. Clearly write the name of the course in BLOCK LETTERS on the envelope.

1. HSSC-II / A-Level or equivalent marks certificate

2. Matric marks certificate

3. Matric passing (Pacca) certificate

4. Domicile of candidate and father/mother (P-1 Form)

5. Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC) – Form C of the candidate

6. Smart CNIC of the candidate (mandatory for all candidates, including those under 18 years of age)

7. CNIC of father/mother/guardian

8. Four (04) recent passport-size photographs

9. Original paid bank voucher

5. Candidates must bring original CNIC (mandatory for all candidates) and domicile certificate on the test day.
