Educational Qualification

• FSc (Pre-Medical) or equivalent

• Minimum 50% marks required

Age Limit

• 17 to 35 years

Gender Ratio

• As per university policy:

  • Female: 60%

  • Male: 40%

• HSSC / A-Level or equivalent marks certificate

• Matric marks certificate

• Matric passing certificate

• Domicile (candidate and parent – Form P-1)

• PRC Form-C of candidate

• Smart Card (mandatory if under 18)

• CNIC of father/mother/guardian

• 4 passport-size photographs

• Original paid voucher
