7	FCPS (Radiology)	4 years	FCPS Part 1 cleared in the relevant specialty
8	MCPS (Radiology)	2 years	MBBS with 1-year House Job certificate
9	FCPS (Plastic Surgery)	3 years	FCPS Part 1 cleared AND 2 years of residency completed in General Surgery

Already registered with CPSP: Candidates already registered with CPSP in any other specialty must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from CPSP at the time of application submission.
FCPS results awaited (not yet declared): Such candidates may apply at their own responsibility. They must submit the passing certificate before appearing in the interview.
Government employees: All government employees must possess an NOC from the Health Department at the time of the interview. After selection, government officers must submit an NOC / deputation posting order from the Government of Sindh within one week of selection.

Only candidates with domicile of Sindh province are eligible to apply.

Application Fee:
A non-refundable bank challan of PKR 8,000 must be deposited in any branch of Sindh Bank Limited.
Last date for challan submission: Tuesday, 05 May 2026

- Certificate of CPSP registration
- PMDC registration certificate
- MBBS / BDS degree (as applicable)

After shortlisting, candidates will be called for document verification and submission.
