One-Year Specialization Diploma Program (Session 2025-26)

Applications are invited for admission in the One-Year Specialization (Diploma) Program in the following recognized institutions across Punjab for the academic session 2025-2026.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

✅ For All Applicants (Public & Private Sector Nurses)

Academic Qualifications:

Matric with Science (Physics, Chemistry & Biology) – compulsory.

Diploma in General Nursing (Registered with Pakistan Nursing Council - PNC).

Diploma in Midwifery (for females) OR
Post-Basic Specialty Diploma (for males) – both registered with PNC.

Minimum Marks:

At least 40% aggregate marks in General Nursing and Midwifery/Post-Basic Specialization.

Age Limit:

Maximum 55 years as of the last date of application.

No age relaxation beyond this limit.

Domicile:

Must possess Punjab domicile.

Government Service:

Must have at least two years of regular Government service (calculated till the last date of application).

🏥 Additional Eligibility for Public Sector Nurses

Must not have availed any training (Diploma/Degree) in the last three years (in public or private sector).

Adhoc/Contract employees are NOT eligible.

Must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the parent department at the time of application.

🏥 Additional Eligibility for Private Sector Nurses

Must have at least two years of experience in a recognized teaching hospital (Public or Private).

📝 Instructions for Applying

Merit-Cum-Preference Basis:

Admissions will be made purely on merit, based on preferences submitted online.

No change in preference allowed after submission.

Online Application Only:

Manual applications will not be entertained.

Application Processing Fee:

Non-refundable fee of Rs. 2000/-.

To be paid via voucher generated from the online portal.

Deposit in the designated Bank of Punjab account.

Upload the paid fee receipt with your online application.

Deadline for Submission:

Wednesday, 15th October 2025 by 4:00 PM

If it falls on a public holiday, the deadline will move to the next working day at 4:00 PM.

Incomplete or late applications will be rejected automatically.

Other Guidelines:

Candidates selected on merit in previous sessions are not eligible to apply again.

If a candidate fails to confirm admission within the stipulated time after selection, her/his name will be removed, and the seat will be offered to the next candidate on merit.
