4. Eligibility Criteria

For Bachelor's Programs:

A minimum of 50% marks in a relevant discipline of:

DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering)

FSc (Pre-Engineering/Pre-Medical*)

ICS

FA or an equivalent qualification.

*Note: Students with an FSc Pre-Medical background are eligible but will be required to study an additional Mathematics course.

For Master's Programs:

A 16-year earned degree (B.Sc./B.E./B.Tech (Hons)) in a relevant discipline.

A minimum of a First Division (60% marks in the Annual System) or a CGPA of at least 2.50 out of 4.00 (in the Semester System).

5. Important Notes

Provisional admissions are offered based on Intermediate Part-I / DAE (Part-I) results.

The following entry tests are acceptable for admission:

PTUT's own Entry Test

ECAT (Engineering College Admission Test)

HEC USAT (Undergraduate Studies Admission Test)

6. How to Apply

Apply Online: Fill out the application form at http://www.ptut.edu.pk/online-admission.

Deposit Fee: Deposit the required fee at any branch of the Bank of Punjab.

Submit Documents: Submit the following documents to the PTUT Admission Office:

Original fee challan (deposit slip)

Completed application form

Photocopies of:

CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card)

All educational documents

Domicile certificate

Photographs
