ADMISSION NOTICE FALL 2025
Applications are invited on prescnbed admission form for Post RN BSCN (02 Years) and Post Basic Diploma in Nursing Specialties (01 Year) Programs Eligibility criteria for each program are given as under.
POST RN BSCN (02 YEARS) PROGRAM
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Matric with science (including biology) as HEC requirements from 2016 onwards.
2. Diploma in General Nursing.
3. Diploma in Midwifery (any Post Basic Specialty for male in lieu of midwifery).
4. One year clinical experience certificate (Post experience of midwifery/specialty).
5. Pakistan Nursing & Midwifery Council (PN&MC) Valid registration.
6. In-service applicants shall apply through proper channel and will provide NOC from Director General Health Services. Health Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa & Incharge concerned for MTI. The admission form advance copy will be acceptable for admission process only.
7. Age limits 19-50 years at the time of closing date of applications (In case of overage applicants, they will have to provide age relaxation certificate).
8. Domicile Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including merged districts.
Merit will be calculated on:
50% Marks to internal entry test through PGCN + 25% to General Nursing Diploma + 25% to midwifery diploma for female (any specialty diploma for male in lieu of midwifery)
POST BASIC DIPLOMA IN NURSING SPECIALTY (01 YEAR) IN ICU, CCU, PEDIATRIC, MENTAL HEALTH AND OPERATION THEATRE NURSING.
Eligibility Criteria:
1 Diploma in General Nursing.
2 Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) Valid registration.
3. In-service applicants shall apply through proper channel.
4. Age limits 19-50 years at the time of closing date of applications.
5. Domicile Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including merged districts.
Merit will be calculated on:
50% Marks to internal entry test + 50% to General Nursing Diploma 03 Years registered with PN&MC.
HOW TO APPLY:
1. Admission form will be available at PGCN Hayatabad Admin Office from 15/09/2025.
2. The fee slip (Rs. 1000/-) attached with admission form shall be deposited at any branch of National Bank of Pakistan The filled form along with fee deposit slip will be submitted at PGCN Hayatabad office Peshawar during official timings.
3. Applicants must provide attested copies of all required documents along with DMCs.
4. The last date for submission of admission forms to PGCN office is 13/10/2025.
