Eligibility Criteria:

General Eligibility for All Courses (Serial 01-06):

Academic Requirements: Matriculation in Science with Biology, Physics, and Chemistry, achieving at least 50% marks in these subjects. Grades A to C are mandatory.

Age Limit: The candidate must not be older than 20 years on the date of publication of the advertisement.

Awaiting SSC Results: Candidates awaiting the 2025 SSC results may apply if they submit a “Hope Certificate” from their respective institutes/schools.

Fresh Matric Candidates: Fresh candidates will be preferred.

Ineligibility for F.A/F.Sc Candidates: Those who have already completed F.A/F.Sc are not eligible to apply for the courses listed above.

Quota for Disabled Candidates: A quota is reserved, and candidates must submit a disability certificate at the time of document submission.

Government Employees: Must apply through the proper channel, and advance applications will be accepted, but NOC (No Objection Certificate) must be submitted by 16-08-2025.

Deadline for Submission: Applications must be submitted by 16-08-2025.

Two Passport-sized Photographs (one attested on the back).

Original Migration Certificate (for students after admission).

Payslip/Service Card for PIMS staff applicants.

Disability Certificate, if applicable.

Important Notes:

Incomplete Applications: Applications with missing documents will not be entertained.

Hostel Facility: Available subject to space and in accordance with hostel allotment policy.

Multiple Applications: Candidates can apply for multiple specialties, but a separate form is required for each. A clear preference order must be indicated.

False Documents: Strict action will be taken against any forged documents.

Domicile Certificate: Mandatory at the time of submission.

Quota System: The distribution of seats is in accordance with the FMDC (Federation Medical and Dental Council) approved quota policy.
