Eligibility Criteria:

• Pakistani nationals, preferably First Class in previous degrees.

• Second Division (≥50%) may be considered if CGPA ≥2.5/4 in semester system.

• Candidates in Geology must have studied Physics and Mathematics at undergraduate level.

• Applicants must complete their current degree by June 30, 2026.

Age Limit:

• 32 years for MBBS candidates

• 27 years for all other disciplines

Regular fee-paying candidates may also apply if they do not meet fellowship eligibility.

3. Fellowships and Scholarships

PAEC Fellowships – for engineers, MBBS doctors, and scientists.

• Provided by Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission (PAEC) and other government departments.

• Stipend + Tuition fee waiver offered.

Need-based financial support

• Scholarships for 25% of students based on need.

Graduate Assistantships for PhD Scholars

• TA/RA/Lab duties in regular and summer semesters.

• Scholarship: PKR 6,000/month.

IT Endowment Fund Scholarships

• For MS/PhD in Computer Science, Cyber Security, and AI.

• Monthly stipend:

  • MS: PKR 20,000

  • PhD: PKR 35,000

• Candidates must pledge to serve Pakistan for 5 years after degree completion.

Fellow students must sign a bond to serve PAEC or government departments for 5 years after degree completion.
