1. Academic Programs

A. BS Programs (4-Year Accredited)

Offered in six disciplines: Chemical Engineering, Computer & Info Sciences, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy & Materials Engineering, and Physics.

B. MS / MSc / MPhil Programs (19 Disciplines)

• Locations: PIEAS (Islamabad), KINPOE-C (Karachi), NIBGE-C (Faisalabad), and NIAB-C (Faisalabad).

• Key Fields: Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, Nuclear Power Engineering, Medical Physics, and Biotechnology.

• Admission Types: Available on a Fellowship basis (fully funded) or Regular Fee basis.

C. PhD Programs (15 Disciplines)

Includes Applied Mathematics, Biological Sciences, Nuclear Engineering, and Laser & Semiconductor Physics.

2. Financial Support & Fellowships

• PAEC Fellowship (MS/MSc):

  • Stipend: Rs. 50,180 per month.

  • Benefits: Tuition fee waiver and free indoor medical treatment.

  • Requirement: 5-year service bond with PAEC/Government after graduation.

• PhD Graduate Assistantships:

  • Stipend: Rs. 65,000 per month.

  • Duty: Serves as TA/RA/Lab Engineer for 9 contact hours.

• IT Endowment Fund: Stipends for Computer Science, AI, and Cyber Security (MS: Rs. 20k | PhD: Rs. 25k).

• Other: Need-based scholarships (for 25% of students) and international scholarships (Jabar Bin Hayan & Marie Curie).

3. Eligibility Criteria (MS/MSc)

• Academic: Minimum CGPA of 2.5/4.0 (or 1st Division). One 2nd Division allowed except in the final degree.

• Age Limit (as of June 30, 2026):

  • Fellowships: Max 32 years (MBBS) or 27 years (other degrees).

  • Regular Fee: No age limit.
