ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Applicants from all over Pakistan and abroad may apply.
Must have passed Intermediate/HSSC Pre-Medical or equivalent (A-Level/12th Grade) with minimum 60% marks, duly certified by IBCC.
Must have passed:
- MDCAT 2024 (Re-take) or
- MDCAT 2025
  with:
- 55% marks for MBBS
- 50% marks for BDS
For overseas/foreign seats, eligibility shall be as per PM&DC guidelines.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

a) Prospectus will be available on the respective University/College website.
b) Candidates must fill out the online application form at:
admissions.smbbmu.edu.pk
c) After completing the online form, candidates must print the form and attach attested copies of all required documents (separate files for MBBS and BDS).
d) All documents must be arranged properly in a file labeled with Candidate Name, Father’s Name, and Program (MBBS/BDS).
e) Submit the application form along with documents at any of the designated Leopard Courier Service branches across Pakistan.

Processing Fee

Leopard Courier Service will charge Rs. 4,000 (including courier charges) for each program (MBBS/BDS) separately.
Candidates applying from outside Pakistan must pay USD 50 (in PKR equivalent) per program into:

Important Note for Preference Selection

Candidates must carefully fill the order of preference for all Private Medical and Dental Colleges.
Once submitted, the preference order cannot be changed under any circumstances.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

Matriculation marks sheet or equivalent (IBCC certified).
Matriculation certificate / equivalent certificate (IBCC certified).
Intermediate (Pre-Medical) marks sheet or equivalent (IBCC certified).
CNIC / B-Form / Juvenile Card / NICOP of the candidate (as applicable).
CNIC of Father/Mother (NADRA issued).
MDCAT 2024 (Re-take) or MDCAT 2025 result card.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Any false, incorrect, or forged document will lead to immediate disqualification.
Incomplete applications or those submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
