ADMISSION NOTICE – CLASS XI (2026)

Military College Jhelum – Sarai Alamgir

Military College Jhelum invites online applications for admission to Class XI in the following academic groups for the 2026 session:

  • Pre-Engineering

  • Pre-Medical

  • ICS (Intermediate in Computer Science)

Admissions are available on Open Merit as well as Self-Finance seats.


Application Schedule

Candidates must submit the online application form according to the following deadlines:

Written Test

📅 Date: 03 May 2026 (Sunday)
📍 Venue: Designated examination centers

The written examination will consist of objective and subjective questions.

Test Syllabus

Questions will be based on topics from Class 9 and Class 10 textbooks prescribed by:

  • Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education

  • Punjab Textbook Board

Subjects included in the test:

  • Mathematics

  • Physics

  • Chemistry


Application Procedure

  1. Candidates must complete the online admission form available on the official website:
    🌐 www.militarycollege.edu.pk

  2. After submitting the online form, the candidate must:

    • Download and print the fee challan form.

    • Deposit the admission registration fee in any branch of Habib Bank Limited (HBL).

  3. Within three days after fee submission, candidates must download their roll number slip from the website.


Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

  • Candidate’s age must be 15 to 17 years as of 01 July 2026.

  • In special circumstances, a relaxation of up to 90 days (less or more) may be granted upon submission of a separate request.

Educational Qualification

  • Candidates must have passed Matriculation, OR

  • Candidates appearing in the Matric Annual Examination 2026 are also eligible to apply.

Marital Status

  • Candidates must be unmarried.

Gender

  • Only male candidates are eligible to apply.


Ineligibility Conditions

Candidates will not be eligible for admission if they:

  1. Have been expelled from any Cadet College or institution under Armed Forces or Provincial Administration due to disciplinary reasons.

  2. Submit forged or altered educational certificates.

  3. Are below or above the prescribed age limit.

  4. Are declared medically unfit by the medical board.

  5. Provide incorrect information or false statements in the application form.


Selection Procedure

The selection process includes the following stages:

  1. Written Examination

  2. Matriculation Result Evaluation

  3. Intelligence Test

  4. Interview

  5. Medical Examination

Admissions will be granted on the basis of Open Merit and Self-Finance categories.

Only final selected candidates will be notified through the college website.

Important Instructions

  • Incomplete applications, incorrect fee submissions, or applications received after the deadline will not be accepted.

  • The online system will automatically close after the last date for fee submission.

  • The exam center once selected cannot be changed.

  • The college will not refund the registration fee under any circumstances.

  • If the written test date changes, the updated schedule will be announced on the official website.

  • Candidates appearing in the Matric Annual Examination 2026 must submit their original Matric certificate at the time of admission.

  • Military College Jhelum has no affiliation with any other cadet college, including institutions named similarly.

  • Candidates are advised not to rely on private coaching centers or academies claiming to prepare students for admission to this college.

  • Mobile phones and smartwatches are strictly prohibited during the written examination.

  • Calculators are allowed in the examination.
