Admission Notice for Session 2025-26

Admissions are open for the Three-Year Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) First Year in Morning Shift and Second Shift.

Required Qualifications:

Matric (Science) with a minimum of 40% marks

Technical School Certificate (TAC)

Matric with Science Certificate (G-II)

Note:

Prospectus along with the admission form can be obtained during office hours from the Admission Office of Government College of Technology Kohat for a fee of Rs. 300.

Note: Admissions will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Important Information:

Maximum age limit is 25 years for both Regular and Second Shift applicants. Age relaxation of 2 years for Regular and 5 years for Second Shift applicants can be granted upon payment of a Board Fee of Rs. 2000.

Candidates included in the merit list who do not appear before the Admission Committee on the interview day will be considered absent, and their seat will be given to the next candidate on the merit list.

Selected candidates must deposit the fee on the day of the interview; otherwise, the seat will be allotted to the next eligible candidate.

Admission Schedule:

Prospectus issuance starts from August 1, 2025.

Last date for submission of admission forms for both Morning and Second Shift is August 30, 2025.

Merit list will be displayed on the college notice board on September 3, 2025.

Interviews for Regular Shift will be held on September 8, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
Interviews for Second Shift will be held on September 9, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the college's Admission Office.

Sports trials will be conducted on September 2, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the college ground.

No call letters will be issued for interviews.

No forms will be accepted after the deadline.

Once a technology is selected at the time of admission, no changes will be allowed.

Candidates from FATA must submit their applications to the Home & Tribal Affairs Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar Office.
