ADMISSION NOTICE: INTERMEDIATE 2026

Admissions for Intermediate (1st Year) at GCWUS will commence on May 14, 2026. Female students who appeared in the 10th-grade annual exams in 2026 may apply. Admissions will be granted provisionally based on 9th-grade results, pending successful completion of the 10th-grade exams.

### Key Information & Procedures

• Adherence to Policy: Admissions are strictly under the Punjab Government Higher Education Department policy.

• Online Application: Forms must be submitted online. If applying for multiple groups (e.g., Pre-Medical and Arts), separate forms and processing fees are required for each.

• Submission: Printed online forms along with required documents must be submitted to the Intermediate Coordinator's office via post/courier or in person by the deadline.

• 3 Passport-sized photographs (Blue background).

• Hafiz-e-Quran/Quota certificate (if applicable).

  • Note: Hafiz-e-Quran candidates receive 20 additional marks.

• Original NOC (Migration Certificate) for students from boards other than the Gujranwala Board.

Eligibility & Age Limit

• The applicant must not exceed 21 years of age by the closing date.
