📌 Eligibility Criteria

1. IEAP – Overseas Pakistanis

• HSSC or equivalent qualification from an institution outside Pakistan.

• Equivalence certificate from IBCC is mandatory.

• Minimum 60% marks required.

2. IEAP – Local (Self-Finance)

• Applicant must hold domicile of a tagged district (as listed below).

• Must have passed HSSC / F.Sc (Pre-Medical) or equivalent qualification (A-Level, 12th Grade etc.) with minimum 60% marks.

• Must have passed MDCAT 2024 (Retake) or MDCAT 2025 with at least 55% marks for MBBS admission.

📌 Important Notes

• Application Form & Challan can be downloaded from www.gims.edu.pk.

• After depositing the challan in MCB, the original receipt, filled application form, and all required documents must be sent via courier service to:
  Directorate of Admissions, Gambat Medical College, PAQSJIMS, Gambat

• Hand submission will not be accepted.

• Applications received after the closing date will not be entertained.

• Candidates with any dispute regarding MDCAT (Retake 2024 or 2025) must resolve it with IBA Sukkur before the last date of admissions.

• Courier envelope & file cover must be clearly marked with:
  “MBBS CATEGORY (SELF FINANCE or OVERSEAS PAKISTANIS)”

📌 Application Fee

• Rs. 2,000/- (Processing Fee – non-refundable)

• Photocopy of Demand Draft / Banker's Cheque of Rs. 100,000/- for IEAP category in favor of:
  “Director PAQSJIMS, Gambat”
  (Remaining fee for IEAP Local category will be charged after admission confirmation.)

📌 PM&DC Requirements

As per PM&DC regulations:

• 55% Marks in MDCAT required for MBBS admission.

• 50% Marks in MDCAT required for BDS admission.

• SAT-II with minimum 550/800 in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics/Maths is acceptable.

• Foreign MCAT or UCAT with minimum 50% score is accepted.

• Candidates must have completed Intermediate or Equivalent (within or outside Pakistan) with IBCC Equivalence Certificate.

📌 Definition of Overseas Pakistani

A candidate is considered Overseas Pakistani if they are:

• A Pakistani citizen permanently residing abroad

• Pakistan-origin Green Card holder

• Iqama holder / Maple Card holder

• Foreign resident holding Pakistani nationality

For IEAP Overseas Pakistanis

• 10th Grade / O-Level Transcript & IBCC Equivalence

• 12th Grade / A-Level Transcript & IBCC Equivalence (Pre-Medical)

• NICOP (candidate & father)

• Passport & valid visa of candidate

• MDCAT 2025 / MDCAT 2024 Retake / SAT-II / MCAT / UCAT result

• Six (06) passport-size photographs

• Proof of online processing fee: USD 11742/-
