The Center for Water Informatics and Climate Resilience (CWC) at the Institute of Management Sciences (IMSciences), Peshawar, is pleased to announce admissions for Batch-IV of its Post-Graduate Diploma in Climate Change. After the successful completion of three batches, this diploma program is designed to equip professionals with advanced knowledge, practical skills, and leadership capacity to drive transformative climate action at local, national, and global levels.

Program Overview

• Program Duration: Two Semesters

• Credit Hours: 3 credit hours per course

• Certification: Diploma Certificate awarded upon successful completion

• Target Audience: Professionals, practitioners, researchers, and graduates interested in climate resilience and sustainable development

Learning Approach

The program adopts a practice-oriented and application-based learning approach, including:

• Capacity building in project design and evaluation

• Application-based learning and real-world problem solving

• Understanding global and regional climate models and scenarios

• Analysis of Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs 3.0) and climate change interventions

• Project-based examinations and evaluations
