Program Requirements

• MS/ME Programs:

  • Completion of a 6-credit-hour research thesis is mandatory.

  • Minimum 50% marks in the DUET Admission Test or valid GAT/GRE/HAT (General) score.

• PhD Programs:

  • Minimum CGPA of 3.0/4.0 in the last degree.

  • Minimum 60% marks in the DUET Admission Test or equivalent national test (GAT/GRE/HAT).

Application Process

1. Visit the official admissions portal: admissions.duet.edu.pk

2. Register / Login to your account.

3. Fill and submit the online application form.

4. Print the fee challan and pay the application fee at the designated bank branch (online payments are not accepted).

5. Attach required documents with the printed application form and send it to:
   Directorate of Admissions, Dawood University of Engineering & Technology, Karachi.

6. All subsequent updates regarding admission will be communicated through email and the DUET website.

• Admission is subject to availability of class strength.

• Candidates must review the eligibility criteria for their selected program before applying.

• Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.
