Applications are invited from motivated and ambitious candidates for admission in the following Allied Health Sciences undergraduate programs:

📌 Total Seats: 150 (25 Seats per Discipline)
📌 20% Quota Reserved for F.Sc Technology Group Students

✅ Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 50% marks in:

F.Sc (Pre-Medical Group) or

F.Sc (Technology Group) – in relevant fields

Minimum 50% marks in Allied Health Sciences Entry Test conducted by SZABMU, Islamabad

Both male and female candidates are eligible

Age limit: 17 to 30 years (as of advertisement date)

Government employees must submit a NOC from their department

Domicile Certificate is mandatory at the time of application submission

Candidates applying in multiple disciplines must prioritize techniques (number-wise)

Attested copy of F.Sc Certificate (Pre-Medical / Technology)

Attested copy of Candidate’s CNIC

Attested copy of Father/Guardian’s CNIC

Attested Character Certificate from last institution

Two recent passport-size photographs (blue background, attested on back)

Affidavit on Rs. 100/- judicial paper, attested by 1st Class Magistrate (format in prospectus)

Original Domicile and attested copy (mandatory)

Migration Certificate (if applicable)

Copy of SZABMU Entry Test Result Card

Disability Certificate (if applicable)

Application for multiple disciplines must indicate preference order

🚫 Note:

Forged documents will result in immediate cancellation of admission.

Admission can be revoked at any stage if discrepancies are found.

Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.

Candidates already enrolled in an undergraduate program are not eligible.

No TA/DA will be provided for admission process.

Admission Forms & Prospectus are available at the Admin Office, CMT (PIMS), Islamabad for Rs. 1,000/-

Submit the duly filled application form along with required documents by: 18th September 2025
