Admissions Open for Class 8 – Academic Year 2026

1. Eligibility Criteria

Applicants for Class 8 admissions must meet the following requirements:

• Age: Between 12 and 14 years as of April 2026.

• Education: Must have passed Class 7.

• Current Students: Students currently studying in Class 7 can appear for the exam with a Hope Certificate issued by their institution.

• Medical Fitness: Candidates must be medically fit.

2. Self-Finance Admission

• Candidates seeking admission on a self-finance basis can apply using the prescribed admission form.

3. Prospectus and Sample Papers

• Prospectus and sample papers are available at the following locations for PKR 2,000:

  • Cadet College Skardu, Baltistan Book Depot, Main Bazaar, Skardu

  • Kamil Stationery, Preshan Chowk, Skardu

  • Ali Sher Computers, Gamba, Skardu

  • Maqsood Fashion Point, Madina Market, Gilgit

  • Nawab Bakers, Ponial Road, Gilgit

• By Post: Prospectus can be ordered via mail for PKR 2,200 (including postage) through a Bank Draft in favor of Cadet College Skardu, Habib Bank Gamba Branch, Skardu.

4. Admission Form Submission

• Registration fee: PKR 1,000 (via deposit slip).

• Complete admission form along with required documents must reach the college by 16th February 2026.

• Admission forms can also be downloaded from the college website: www.ces.edu.pk

  • In this case, the registration fee is PKR 3,000 (via deposit slip) and the form with all required documents must be submitted by 16th February 2026.

5. Admission Test

• Date: 8th March 2026

• Locations: Skardu, Gilgit, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Peshawar, Karachi, and Sialkot

• Supervision: Conducted under the supervision of Pakistan Army

• Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview at Cadet College Skardu and Rear Headquarters FCNA, Rawalpindi.
