ADMISSIONS FOR CLASS 8 (YEAR 2026)

Cadet College Skardu invites applications for admission to Class 8 for the year 2026. Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:

Eligibility Conditions

1. Age Requirement:

   • Candidate must be between 12 and 14 years of age as of 1st April 2026.

2. Educational Qualification:

   • Must have passed 7th grade, OR

   • Students currently enrolled in 7th grade may apply by submitting a HOPE Certificate issued by the head of their institution.

3. Medical Fitness:

   • Candidate must be medically fit.

4. Self-Finance Admissions:

   • Applicants wishing to apply under the Self-Finance Scheme may apply using the same admission form.

Prospectus & Model Papers

Prospectus and sample papers are available for Rs. 2,000 at the following locations:

• Cadet College Skardu

• Baltistan Book Depot, Main Bazaar Skardu

• Kamal Stationery, ParaShan Chowk Skardu

• Ali Sher Computers, Gamba Skardu

• Maqsood Fashion Point, Madina Market Gilgit

• Nawab Bakers, Punial Road Gilgit

Prospectus by Post

• Prospectus can also be obtained by mail for Rs. 2,200 (including postal charges)
  through a Bank Draft in favor of Cadet College Skardu,
  Habib Bank Gamba Branch, Skardu.

Submission of Admission Form

1. Admission form along with Registration Fee of Rs. 1,000 (through deposit slip) and required documents must reach Cadet College Skardu by 16 February 2026.

2. Admission forms can also be downloaded from the college website:

   • In this case, the applicant must submit a Registration Fee of Rs. 3,000 (via deposit slip) along with the required documents.

   • Deadline: 16 February 2026

Admission Test

• The entrance test will be conducted on 8 March 2026 at the following centers, under the supervision of the Pakistan Army:

  Skardu, Gilgit, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Peshawar, Karachi, Sialkot

• Only successful candidates will be called for an interview.

• Interviews will be held at:

  • Cadet College Skardu, and

  • Rear Headquarters FCNA, Rawalpindi
