MBBS/BDS Session 2025–26**
The National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS), as the Admitting University for its Constituent, Affiliated, and Armed Forces Administered Medical & Dental Colleges, announces Centralized Admissions for First Year MBBS and BDS programs for the Session 2025–26.
Under PM&DC Admission Regulations, NUMS is responsible for conducting the centralized admission test and completing the admission process for all participating colleges.

NUMS MDCAT (MOCAT) 2025 is mandatory (Test date: 28 September 2025).
Required score:
MBBS: Minimum 55%
BDS: Minimum 50%
Minimum 60% marks in FSc (Pre-Medical) or equivalent (IBCC equivalence required for A-level/12th grade).
Must have completed 12 years of education with:
Biology (mandatory)
Chemistry (mandatory)
Physics or Mathematics
Candidates may apply on Foreign Seat if they are:
Foreign Nationals
Overseas Pakistanis
Green Card holders
Iqama / Maple Card holders
Completed HSSC/12th Grade in or outside Pakistan.
Must submit a school-issued certificate confirming completion of 12-year education.
Minimum 60% marks in HSSC/A-level or equivalent (IBCC equivalence required).

Complete the online application form.
Upload all required documents in the prescribed format.
Pay the application fee (Regular or Late Fee).
Submit the form — No changes are allowed after submission.
Smart NIC (Form-B) is mandatory for candidates under 18 years.
CNIC/NICOP/Passport is mandatory for candidates 18+.
Candidates with foreign qualifications (A-level/12th grade) must upload IBCC equivalence, otherwise the application will be rejected.
Only online applications are accepted — no hard copies.
Incomplete applications will be rejected.
Applications for HSSC/A-level improvement results are accepted until 19 December 2025 (requests must come from registered email).
NUMS will grant admissions strictly as per merit and candidate preferences.
Candidates applying as Paying Cadets must also apply on Open Merit via NUMS portal.
