Admissions Open – Class VIII (Session 2026–2027)

(Located in Education City, Link Road, District Malir, Karachi)

ADMISSION ANNOUNCEMENT

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission to Class VIII at Cadet College Karachi (CCK) for the academic session 2026–27. The college, situated in the serene and secure environment of Education City, Gadap, aims to provide quality education, character building, and leadership training in a disciplined, military-oriented environment.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

1. Age Requirement:

   • Candidates must be between 12 and 14 years of age on 30th April 2026.

   • No age relaxation will be granted.

2. Educational Qualification:

   • Candidates must have passed Class VII or be currently studying in Class VII at the time of application.

   • Admission will take place in May 2026.

ENTRY TEST DETAILS

1. Written Examination:

   • All candidates must appear in the entry test conducted at Cadet College Karachi.

   • The test will assess proficiency in the following subjects:

     • English

     • Urdu

     • Mathematics

     • General Science

     • General Knowledge

     • Islamiat

   • The test syllabus will be based on Sindh Textbook Board curricula for Classes VI and VII.

   • Candidates must secure at least 60% marks in each subject to qualify.

2. Medical Test and Interview:

   • Shortlisted candidates (based on written test performance) will be called for a Medical Examination and Interview at Cadet College Karachi.

   • The final merit list will be prepared based on aggregate performance in all three components:

     • Written Test

     • Medical Examination

     • Interview

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

1. Availability of Prospectus & Application Forms:

   • Prospectus and application forms can be obtained from the Admission Office, Cadet College Karachi, or from the following JS Bank branches upon payment of Rs. 3,000/-:

     • Malir Cantt, Karachi

     • Gulshan-e-Iqbal (Block 13-B), Karachi

     • Ittehad Branch (DHA Phase-II), Karachi

     • Shaheen Complex Branch, Karachi

2. For Candidates from Other Provinces:

   • Applicants from outside Sindh can obtain the Prospectus and Admission Form directly from Cadet College Karachi.

3. Online Form Submission:

   • Registration forms can also be downloaded from the college’s official website:

   • The completed form must be submitted along with a Pay Order of Rs. 3,000/- (in favor of Cadet College Gadap Karachi) either:

     • By Courier to:
       Cadet College Karachi, Education City, Link Road, Darsano Channo, P.O. Memon Goth, District Malir, Karachi,
       OR

     • Submitted in person at the College Reception.

ADMISSION RULES & CONDITIONS

1. Applications received after the due date will not be accepted.

2. The Admission Committee reserves the right to reject any application without assigning a reason.

3. Submission of the application form does not guarantee eligibility for the test or admission.

4. Participation in the entry test does not imply admission, as selection is strictly based on merit.

5. Any form of recommendation, influence, or pressure on the administration will result in rejection of the application.

6. The decision of the Admission Committee shall be final and binding, and cannot be challenged in any court or forum.
