Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)

Five (05) Years Degree Program

Spring 2026

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission to the Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) – 5 Years Degree Program for the Spring 2026 session at the Institute of Allied Health Sciences, Allama Iqbal Medical College, Lahore.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must fulfill the following requirements:

1. Age Limit: 17 to 25 years

2. Academic Qualification:

   • Passed HSSC (Pre-Medical) or equivalent examination with minimum 60% marks

3. Admission Test:

   • Must have passed Undergraduate Admission Test (UGAT)–2026 with minimum 50% marks

Application Procedure

• Interested candidates may apply on the prescribed admission form.

• Application Form and Challan Form can be downloaded from the official website:
  www.aimc.edu.pk

• Application forms can also be obtained in person from:
  1st Floor, Department of Pharmacology
  Allama Iqbal College of Physiotherapy
  Allama Iqbal Medical College, Lahore
  (From 26 January 2026, between 09:00 AM to 01:00 PM)

Submission of Application

• Duly filled application forms, along with:

  • Original fee receipt

  • Required documents

• Must be submitted by 09 February 2026

• Submission time: 09:00 AM to 01:00 PM

• Undergraduate Admission Test (UGAT): 12 February 2026

• Announcement of UGAT Result: 10 February 2026

• First Merit List: 20 February 2026

• Last Date for Fee Submission (1st Merit List): 27 February 2026

• Second Merit List (if required): 02 March 2026

• Third Merit List (if required): 09 March 2026

• Commencement of Classes: 30 March 2026

Format of Undergraduate Admission Test (UGAT)–2026

• Single paper comprising 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)

• Distribution of MCQs:

  • English: 25

  • Biology: 25

  • Chemistry: 25

  • Physics: 25

• Time Duration: 02 Hours

• Test Timing: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Merit Calculation Criteria

Merit for admission shall be calculated as follows:

• SSC / Equivalent: 10%

• HSSC (Pre-Medical) / Equivalent: 40%

• UGAT–2026: 50%

Important Notes

1. Total Seats Available: 20 (Open Merit)

2. Fee once deposited is non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Hostel facility is not available for any student.
