Applications are invited on the prescribed admission form from eligible candidates for admission to the 4-year Allied Health Sciences Degree Program leading to B.Sc. (Hons.) in Cardiac Perfusion Technology, affiliated with the University of Health Sciences (UHS), Lahore, at Faisalabad Institute of Cardiology, Faisalabad.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Qualification

F.Sc. (Pre-Medical) OR
A-Level with equivalence certificate issued by the Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC), Islamabad
Minimum 50% unadjusted marks

Entry Test

Valid PMDC MDCAT / Entry Test conducted by PM&DC / UHS

Admission forms with complete information will be available from the Department of Medical Education, Faisalabad Institute of Cardiology, Faisalabad
Timing: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM (working days only)
Completed admission forms along with all required documents must be submitted on or before 10 February 2026

ADMISSION PROCESS

Last date for submission of admission form: 10 February 2026
No separate entry test will be conducted by Faisalabad Institute of Cardiology.
Candidates must submit the entry test result conducted by PM&DC / UHS.
Interviews will be conducted after scrutiny of documents.
Interview schedule and shortlisted candidates will be displayed on the official website.
The final merit/selection list will be displayed on the Notice Board and website of Faisalabad Institute of Cardiology.
No TA/DA will be admissible for interviews.
