Eligibility & Merit Criteria

• Admissions are granted strictly on merit

• Merit is determined based on FA/FSc/ICS/ICOM/A-Level or equivalent results of:

  • 1st Annual 2024

  • 2nd Annual 2024

  • 1st Annual 2025

  • 2nd Annual 2025

• No supplementary result holders are eligible

Test Requirements

• MS/MPhil:

  • Departmental Test (minimum 60%) OR

  • GRE/HAT (General) with minimum 50% score

• PhD:

  • Departmental Subject Test (minimum 70%) OR

  • GRE/HAT (Subject) with minimum 60% score

Reserved Seats

• As per Government of Punjab policy, 1% seats (one seat) are reserved for persons with disabilities in each program, subject to fulfillment of eligibility criteria.

• Morning Session: 8:00 am – 2:00 pm

• Replica Session: 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm

• Candidates working in Government / Semi-Government / Private organizations must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC)

• Incomplete applications will not be entertained

• Only applications submitted through the online system will be considered

• Admission may be cancelled at any stage if eligibility criteria are not fulfilled
