Programs for Spring Semester 2026

Applications are invited for admission to the following Undergraduate Allied Health Sciences Degree Programs for the Spring Semester 2026.

How to Apply

Instructions for Filling and Submitting the Application Form

1. Visit the website https://www.dgkm.edu.pk/ to download the Admission Form, Challan Form, and Roll Number Slip for the Entrance Test.

   • Carefully fill out the admission form.

   • Deposit the application fee in any branch of the Bank of Punjab.

   • Application fee is Rs. 1,000/- per program.

   • Candidates applying for all three programs must submit separate admission forms and challans (Total fee Rs. 3,000/-).

2. Submit the completed application form along with all required documents by hand or courier to:
   Director, Institute of Allied Health Sciences,
   D.G. Khan Medical College,
   Jampur Road, Dera Ghazi Khan, Pakistan.

   Applications received after the due date will not be accepted.

3. Last date for submission of applications:
   Saturday, 31 January 2026 (till 03:00 PM)

4. Entrance Test Details:

   • Date: Saturday, 07 February 2026

   • Time: 10:00 AM (sharp)

   • Venue: Examination Hall, 2nd Floor, D.G. Khan Medical College, Dera Ghazi Khan

   • Roll Number Slips can be collected from the Director IAHS Office up to 05 February 2026 (03:00 PM).

5. Announcement of Entrance Test (UGAT) Result:
   Saturday, 14 February 2026

6. Final First Selection List (MIT, MLT & OTT):
   Saturday, 21 February 2026

7. Commencement of Regular Classes:
   Monday, 30 March 2026

Documents Required

(All documents must be attested by a Gazetted Government Officer)

1. Original paid Challan Form

2. SSC (Matric) and HSSC (F.Sc. Pre-Medical) certificates verified by IBCC

3. Punjab Domicile Certificate

   • Only Punjab domicile holders are eligible

   • For Tribal Area seats, candidates must possess a domicile of Tribal Area, Dera Ghazi Khan (Punjab)

   • No other document (Birth Certificate, Form-B, CNIC, etc.) will be accepted in place of domicile

   • Candidates holding more than one domicile will be disqualified

4. Character Certificate from the institution last attended

5. CNIC of the candidate and CNIC of father/guardian

6. For Employees’ Quota (employees of D.G. Khan Medical College or Allama Iqbal Teaching Hospital):

   • Family Registration Certificate (FRC) issued by NADRA

   • Regular Employee Certificate issued by the competent authority

7. Four (04) recent passport-size photographs with blue background

   • One attested on the front, three attested on the back

8. Original Fitness Certificate issued by a Registered Medical Practitioner / Government Medical Officer mentioning PMDC Number

9. Disability Certificate issued by the Provincial Council for the Rehabilitation of Special Persons (for special persons only)

10. IBCC Equivalence Certificate for candidates with foreign qualifications

Seats & Quota Details

1. Total Seats: 60

   • 20 seats in each program (MIT, MLT, OTT)

2. Special Persons Quota:

   • 02 seats (1 in MIT, 1 in MLT) on merit

3. Tribal Area Quota (D.G. Khan):

   • 01 seat in OTT on merit

4. Employees’ Children/Spouse Quota:

   • 03 seats (1 each in MIT, MLT, OTT) on merit

5. Punjab Medical Faculty (PMF) Diploma Holders:

   • 03 seats (1 each in MIT, MLT, OTT)

   • IBCC equivalence certificate required

Important Notes

• No hostel facility is available for Institute of Allied Health Sciences students

• In case of withdrawal of admission, fee refund will be processed as per University of Health Sciences (UHS), Lahore policy (Letter No. UHS/Reg-25/1515 dated 31-07-2025)
