📌 Eligibility Criteria

MS / M.Phil Programs

Applicants must have:

• 16 years of education in the relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized university.

• Minimum:

  • 2nd Division (Annual System)

  • CGPA 2.50/4.00 or 3.55/5.00 (Semester System)

• At least:

  • 50% marks in University Admission Test, OR

  • 50% marks in GRE/HAT (General) or equivalent.

📍 Result-awaited candidates may also apply for MS/M.Phil and MBA (2-Year) programs.

PhD Programs

Applicants must have:

• MS/M.Phil or equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized university.

• Minimum CGPA:

  • 3.00/4.00 or 3.50/5.00

• At least:

  • 60% marks in UGAT (General), OR

  • 80% marks in GRE/HAT (General) or equivalent.

📑 Important Instructions

• In-service employees must provide NOC from their employer.

• No separate call letter will be issued for the UGAT test.

• Shortlisted candidates must bring original documents at the time of interview.

• No hard copies of documents are required initially.
  However, the original fee challan must be sent via courier/post.

💳 Application Processing Fee

• Rs. 2,750/- for MS/M.Phil/PhD (via online-generated challan at HBL).

• Rs. 1,100/- additional fee for each extra application.

• UGAT Fee: Rs. 2,750/- (for MS/M.Phil/PhD).

Fee must be deposited at any branch of Habib Bank Limited.
