There are some of  statements usually given by those who don’t get admission in desired professional universities n institutions. These reflect there worries and emotions about the future of their career.

“Oh.there is no charm left for me now, if I am not gonna be an engineer my future  is dark”
“ I dreamed to be a doctor but… I don’t know why I didn't get admission. I am really a dull one”
“My life has really being wrecked, instead of being a computer programmer I have been enrolled to this boring subject..”

These are some of  statements usually given by those who don’t get admission in desired professional universities n institutions. These reflect there worries and emotions about the future of their career.

Are you one of them too? Did you loose what you always wanted to have/if you are, then believe me you are on the first step of the success! Surprised? But dear it is true, but to understand it we will have to look at the other side Of the picture rather than watching only the negative side.

1. Secret of successful career:
   The top secret of success is just one word that is…..ok first you try to guess it. education?, hmmm no .A good financial status? no no. Handwork? Noops! They  all are important to an extent but the core is “the confidence’. Confidence on yourself ,confidence on your sweet ALLAH! without confidence education, handwork , money everything  can go in vain. Confidence to do something different, confidence to bring a change, confidence to revolutionize your self and the things around you. This is the real key to success! If you have this in your personality (I am sure you will have, take it out if its hidden inside you) don't worry. this will give you a strong foundation for your bright career in any field. You should be confident whatever you are, where ever you are. You didn’t get admission in your favorite institution no problem, with confidence you an be a founder of such institution in future!
2. Trend setter:
   ALLAH has  provided you health, educational opportunity, a nice family, loving friends, I mean every nourishing factor of a good personality so you are “special". Don't be a “follower", always try to be a “trend setter". If society regards some professions or jobs as a sign of success then please great man, change your mind. It is not the guarantee of winning. People will frighten you ,WILL make you weak by saying that your field has limited scope, less jobs ,think again before choosing it and blah blah. Look friend, you are sent to this world to try and really human an only make effort, so you make it and  REFRESH YOUR FIRM BELIEF THAT ALLAH HAS ALREADY WRITTEN YOUR RIZQ. This is not a book sentence its in hadith n nobody can deny it.
   
   You could and you should explore  new ways your own ways. Work hard and struggle in your own field and one day you will see that the same society will count your profession as a sign of success!
3. Dig it up!
   After getting your confidence and courage, now you should see what are the requirements of the field you have entered in or about which you feel are forced in to. Do a little research on the subject, tryout every possible resource, read books or articles about it ,check out the papers  ask seniors, go Online….there are heaps of knowledge waiting for you. Know about the big names of your field. You will feel that you have really not “lost” any thing, but you have actually “explored” a new exciting and challenging careering matter whatever the subject is ,of science or of arts, you have great to do, so are you ready?
4. Defeat difficulties:
   In starting you may feel it hard to work or even bore to study but you know that mind is behind your all acts so be a master of your mind rather being a slave of it. Once you make it think half is done. Make a list of all difficulties you are facing in new field. There can be study aid problems, lack of attention, limited resources etc but sincerely put your burden on the paper don't keep it in your mind n heart please) and then consider n think the factors and reasons behind them one by one. You will yourself reach to the solution. If not then don’t hesitate to ask for health of  your elders, specially parents  ,friends n classmates. One tip is to start from the thing you think hardest to do. Once you achieve this task ,others will look small doubling your courage.
5. Hardwork by heart:
   This is like essence of a good career. If we don’t enjoy  our work we cannot perform extraordinarily. So to reach at the top do handwork but with interest. Give a goodtime duration to studies, collaborate with others and do the  given assignments, projects in the best way you can.
6. Extracurricular activities help a lot:
   Be social, make nice friends. If you get chance to attend exhibitions, seminars, lectures, related to your field don’t miss them. They A re rich source of nourishment required specially for your professional personality. Participate in the way you like, by speaking writing performing etc. celebrate, so you can feel happy.

You see west is ruling the educational world, why? One of the main reason is that every profession is respected there and given importance from a housekeeper to a doctor, from a farmer to a pilot. So why we only adopt there negative points only. AND YOU SHOULD REALIZE THAT YOUR SWEET HOMELAND NEEDS YOUR TALENT AND POTENTIAL. WE ARE A DEVELOPING  NATION AND WE HAVE TO  WORK HARD IN ALMOST EVERY FIELD OF SCIENCE AND ARTS. RESEARCH IS NOW ATTRACTING THE STUDENTS OF PAKISTAN SPECIALLY IN MOTHER SCIENCES.
