Media as combing and merging different activities and being source of entertainment and information and serving society has given different role models. These role models are admired, liked and followed by the community. When somebody serves his nation, or become role model of particular entertaining or service field, people love to see him, talk with him and then people sacrifice their money, time and consideration.

Singers who sing are great sources of entertainment, always takes prominent place in society, As Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan (Late). Media always go for such prominent personalities. Now days, Abrar-ul-Haq is very popular singer, he is earning millions per year. All he paid for his demand from his viewers. Actors, no doubt have versatile gestures, facial expressions and other skills, which identify them. Actors are great observer of society; they perform at TV, concert or any stage what they have observed from society. Round the globe actors are getting high salaries and remunerations of their services.

Sportsmen when play for nation and community. They are encouraged, admired and given monetary rewards. That is fact; most of millionaires are athletes, boxers, wrestlers and football players. In United Kingdom sportsmen are paid millions every year. It also depends country’s economic conditions, some countries are developed, and rest are developing or developed. Therefore, salaries or rewards vary from country to country. In Pakistan, we have cricket as popular game among all individuals, that’s why our cricketers probably getting high salaries at national level.

As I have discussed about singers, actors and sportsmen, I have conceived one thing from every field millionaire, every second person is working in any NGO or Welfare Trust. Most of them have their own welfare institution. For instance, Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital, which are result of Imran Khan’s efforts (Ex. Pakistan Team Captain). Abrar-ul-Haq is working for Sahara For Life Trust.

I would like to sum up this topic by recommending they deserve such high salaries because of their popularity and performance but also because of their welfare activities.
