Through the promulgation of the Punjab University Act (Amendment) Ordinance 1954, the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) was established in 1955 in the province of Punjab. BISE was then responsible for all the matters related to the examinations and result announcements of matric and intermediate. Since then, the board is doing its job and is responsible for every year’s exams of matric and intermediate.
The result of matriculation has been announced by the Lahore board and now it’s the turn of the intermediate students to be aware of the result of their efforts they put in exams. Like every year, this year the students also appeared in the intermediate exams in the month of March 2011 and now they are waiting for their result.
Lahore Board Intermediate Result 2011 was first expected to be announced on 21st July, the on 25th August but could not be announced on the announced dates, so it had been postponed twice this year. Now it is expected to be declared on 10th of September 2011. But a negative impact of this delay can be seen among the students who are waiting for their intermediate result as it has created frustration in them. They seem not to be very hopeful for the new announcement date. Therefore, the Board should put its efforts to make this date a real result announcement date. It also should take every step to make its services more accurate and efficient in the coming years.
The students who appeared through Lahore board are anxiously waiting for Lahore Board Intermediate Result 2011 as their future planning depends upon their intermediate results. They have to take admission for further studies to make their future bright. So it seems that, the 10 September 2011 will decide the fate of the intermediate students.
