The individuals who fulfill the below basic-eligibility criteria may apply for the following positions:

01 Position / Job Title Head of Digital Transformation (SVP / EVP)

Academic /
Professional Qualification
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree from HEC recognized University / Institute.
  • Master's degree or Bachelor's in Computer Science would be preferred.
Experience Minimum 10 years of experience in banking and / or digital and / or financial services and / or telecom sector.
Other Skills / Expertise /
Knowledge Required
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Expertise in budgeting and planning projects.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies like waterfall, agile, etc. and design tools like InVision, Suite, Mural, etc. will be preferred.
  • Hands on programming skills will be preferred.
Outline of Main Duties /
Responsibilities
  • To get buy-in from the leadership across FIR, Risk, Compliance, Retail, Corporate, Islamic, Operations, and other support functions considering their criticality and alignment with the Bank's strategy, avoiding duplication and lack of strategic focus.
  • To implement strategies to transform employees' experience from HR applications, back office, branch teller and other supporting functions.
  • To transform Bank by adopting human-centric design and journey-based methodol- ogies.
  • To build an innovative framework combining Design Thinking, Agile, DevOps, and continuous delivery holistically and as a company-wide transformation. Continuous- ly deliver Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and evolve the employee and customer experience.
  • To establish transformation office and governance structure to prioritize journeys seeking buy-in from the leadership.
  • To identify baseline metrics by collecting the data needed to show the outcome of business processes transformation.
  • To drive the Bank in order to adhere the "end-to-end principle" and working in multidisciplinary squads that comprise a mix of product and business specialists, user-experience designers, data analysts, and software engineers.
  • To develop the Agile culture demonstrating ownership, empowerment, and customer-centricity.
  • To formulate a clear vision of the transformation and effectively communicate it throughout the organization on an ongoing basis.
  • To assist the business leaders with business model transformation by reinventing and adding to the current model for success.
  • To be quick in market in order to increase engagement, reduce impediments and handovers, and improve client experience.
  • To perform any other assignment assigned by the supervisor(s).
02 Position / Job Title Head of Data Analytics & Insights (SVP / EVP}
  Reporting to Chief Digital Officer
Academic /
Professional Qualification
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree from HEC recognized University / Institute.
  • Candidates having Master's degree or Bachelor's in Mathematics / Statistics / Computer Science / Economics / Engineering or a related field would be preferred.
Experience Minimum 10 years of experience in banking and / or digital and / or financial services and / or telecom.
Other Skills / Expertise /
Knowledge Required
  • Experience of managing data management/ governance, data strategy and / or data technology, with a clear track record of building innovative, customer-facing capabilities.
  • Able to oversee large Data technology budget, with strong perspectives on how to prioritize.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong experience in budgeting and planning projects.
  • Knowledge of relevant applications, big data solutions, and tools will be preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies like waterfall, agile, etc. and design tools like invasion, Suite, Mural, etc. will be preferred.

Responsibilities
  • To develop roadmaps, strategies and other thought leadership products to shape the future of data science, artificial intelligence and machine learning.
  • To collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities to apply data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning technologies to deliver business value.
  • To model complex business problems, discovering insights and identifying opportunities using statistical, algorithmic, mining, and visualization techniques.
  • To understand thoroughly Financial Industry and data strategy.
  • To design and implement data strategies and systems.
  • To be able to lead and motivate multiple technical teams.
  • To oversee the collection, storage, management, quality, and protection of data.
  • To implement data privacy policies and complying with data protection regulations.
  • To determine where to cut costs and increase revenue based on insights derived from data.
  • To effectively communicate the value and importance of data collection to executive members and staff.
  • To lead the design of the data architecture and analytics infrastructure.
  • To perform any other assignment assigned by the supervisor(s).
Assessment
Interview(s)
Only shortlisted candidates strictly meeting the above-mentioned basic eligibility criteria will be invited for panel interview(s).
Employment Type The employment will be on contractual basis for three years which may be renewed on discretion of the Management. Selected candidates will be offered compensation package and other benefits as per Bank's Policy / rules.
