01 Position / Job Title Unit Head — Marketing & Home Remittances (OG-1 / AVP)

Academic /
Professional Qualification
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree from HEC recognized University / Institute.
  • Master's degree would be preferred.
Experience Minimum 05 years of banking and / or relevant experience.
Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities
  • To design, maintain, procure, and distribute marketing & promotional material's inventory as per the requirement of Division / overseas representatives or tie-ups.
  • To design marketing campaigns and prepare post campaign analysis reports.
  • To maintain and monitor marketing expenditures for the Division & obtain necessary management and regulatory approvals.
  • To prepare annual marketing budget for the Division.
  • To coordinate with various departments for smooth processing of payments within the timelines agreed for such purposes.
  • To manage correspondence and shipments to tie-ups and overseas representatives.
  • To prepare office notes and correspondence for campaigns, payment approvals & processing.
  • To perform any other assignment assigned by the supervisor(s).

Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities
  • To manage portfolio for clients / customers.
  • To determine product needs as per the market demand and develop new products for Non-resident Pakistanis (NRPs).
  • To explore innovative ideas and recommend nature and scope of present / future product lines by reviewing the product plan.
  • To assess & conduct market research about various product lines to remain a head of competition.
  • To provide source data for product related communications and define objectives for product marketing.
  • To work with cross functional teams to develop product sales strategies to contrib­ute and capture market share.
  • To prepare short-term and long-term product growth plans.
  • To monitor Non-Resident Pakistanis (NRPs) banking products to ensure smooth functioning in coordination with all stake holders.

Professional Qualification
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree from HEC recognized University / Institute.
  • MBA / ACCA degree would be preferred.
Experience Minimum 03 years of banking experience preferably as credit analyst
Other Skills / Expertise/ Knowledge Required
  • Good team player.
  • Good communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of SBP Prudential Regulations (PRs).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Power Point).
Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities
  • To timely process credit lines of local / foreign banks / Fls / DFIs / NBFIs / Exchange Companies to support domestic / overseas network and other business units.
  • To process requests from business groups / overseas branches for seeking fresh credit limits and enhancements in the existing credit lines of Fls / Exchange Compa­nies.
  • To correspond with Business Groups in ascertaining the actual requirement of credit limits in respect of FR / Exchange Companies and thereby processing the memos accordingly.
  • To coordinate with overseas network and concerned business units / stake holders to determine the business requirements.
  • To provide support in processing of country limits.
  • To maintain and provide up-to-date Peer Analysis of Local Banks to determine strengths and weaknesses in key areas.
  • To maintain liaison with Compliance Group, CRMG, Secretary CC, Secretary Board teams for processing / approval of credit lines.
  • To allocate approved limits to concerned business units such as T&CMG, CIBG, Overseas Network etc.
  • To respond Audit & Credit Administration Division queries.
  • To accurately maintain and update credit files / records.
  • To perform any other assignment assigned by the supervisor(s).
Assessment Test / Interview(s) Only shortlisted candidates strictly meeting the above-mentioned basic eligibility criteria will be invited for test and / or panel interview(s).
Employment Type The employment will be on contractual basis, for three years which may be renewed on discretion of the Management. Selected candidates will be offered compensation package and other benefits as per Bank's Policy / rules.
