  3. 01 - 02 years diploma or working experience in cardiology, cardiac surgery, ICU, or Anesthesia dept.
3. Radio Pharmacist BPS-17 1
  1. Doctor of Pharmacy degree from recognized Institute or university
  2. 02 — 03 years' experience in Nuclear Medicine / PET from any recognized institute/ hospital.
4. Cardiac Perfusionist Bps_ 1 7 1
  1. BS in Cardiac perfusion with 02- 03 years work experience in Cardiac perfusion from a recognized Cardiology Institute / teaching hospital. OR
  2. BSc in relevant subjects with 03 - 04 years work experience in Cardiac perfusion from a recognized Cardiology Institute or teaching hospital and 05 - 07 years' experience as cardiac perfusionist.
5. Cyclotron Engineer BPS-17 1
  1. BS/BE in Biomedical Engineering from Institute of well repute.
  2. 02 — 03 years' experience in PET and Cyclotron in a recognized institute.
6. Cath Lab / Technologist Team leader BPS-16 2
  1. BS in Cardiovascular Science / Technology or BSN from a HEC /PNC recognized institute.
  2. 02 - 03 years Cath lab experience at a teaching hospital or cardiology Institute.
7. PET-CT Technologist BPS-16 1
  1. BS in Nuclear / Radiology / Imaging Technology from a recognized Institute / university.
  2. 02 to 03 years work experience in PET form any recognized Institute / teaching Hospital.
B Laboratory Technologist BPS-16 1
  1. BS in Medical Lab Technology
  2. 02 - 03 years' work experience in Pathology Lab form any recognized institute/Lab.
9 Dialysis Nurse BPS-16 2
  1. BSN or Diploma in General Nursing from a Nursing School recognized by PNC
  2. Registration from Pakistan Nursing Council.
  3. 01 - 02 years PG diploma or experience in Dialysis.
10 Radiology / Imaging Technologist BPS-16 1
  1. BS in Radiology / Imaging Technology from a recognized Institute/ university of well repute.
  2. 02 to 03 years work experience in CT & MRI at a recognized Institute / teaching Hospital.
11 General Staff Nurse BPS-16 30
  1. Diploma in General Nursing from a Nursing School recognized by PNC
  2. Registration from Pakistan Nursing Council.
  3. one year diploma and experience in cardiology (Dipcard), cardiac surgery, ICU. or Anesthesia dept.
12 Cardiac Rehab Nurse BPS-16 2
  1. BSN or diploma in nursing with one year compulsory internship in rehabilitation or post basic specialty registered with PNC.
  2. 1-2 years of experience in cardiac surgery (ICU/ surgery in a public/ private sector)
13 Assistant Cardiac Perfusionist BPS-16 2
  1. BS in Cardiac perfusion from a recognized Institute and 01- 02 years' experience. OR
  2. B.Sc in relevant subject with 03 - 04 years work experience in Cardiac perfusion from a recognized Institute and 02 - 03 years relevant experience.

NOTE:1.The application form mentioning all the requisite information of BPS-16 and above are required to submit their application form through the website www.smbzanicq.com.pk from January 26, 2022 to Feb 09, 2022.The list of short- listed candidates will be uploaded on website www.smbzanicq.com.pk by date February 12, 2022.The short-listed candidates are required to bring one complete set of attested documents along with CNIC, Two passport size photographs, Experience Letter and original documents, the candidates with incomplete documents shall not be entertained. The selected candidates will be offered contract appointment for a period of one year, extendable on performance basis. The age relaxation will be applicable as per government policy. The quota reserved for females, disabled persons and minorities will be observed accordingly. The appointment will be made on all Pakistan open merit basis however, preference will be given to the local/domicile candidate from Balochistan province. Selected candidates will be offered attractive and commensurate to the market based salaries. The interviews of shortlisted candidates is scheduled to be conducted on Tuesday, 16th February, 2022, from 10:00 AM to 04:00 PM at Post Graduate Medical Institute (PGMI) Hall, Sandeman Provincial Hospital, and Quetta. No TN DA shall be admissible for the interview.
