ACCOUNTABILITIES:
· Maintain up-to-date detailed understanding of registration requirements, procedures, registration review times and local costs for dossiers
· Prepare tailored quality registration submissions according to the development and business plan. Follow through on all RAGA actions needed with government officials to achieve new trait registrations and maintain commercial dossiers
· Make transparent the registration portfolio plan in Pakistan and ensure that all key dates, decision milestones, costs and risks are communicated within RA and to the business teams
· Provide advice and options to RA project leads, Regional Regulatory Manager and Business managers on all in-country registration matters, taking into account competitor products and their registration activities and strategies
· Track development of evolving regulations and legislation, and provide foresight on implications on the development plan
· Represent Syngenta in Industry associations as part of influencing regulation development with Government officials, as required
· Provide country budget requirements to Regulatory Head and track agreed expenditure
Support local communications managers and Head of Country on GM issues management and advocacy work, as required
