Applications are invited from the eligible candidates having Pakistani Nationality for the following vacant post in the Federal Shariat Court of Pakistan.

a. M.A from HEC recognized University.
b. Experience in the relevant field.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. Applications on plain paper containing complete particulars i.e Name, Father Name, CNIC, domicile date of birth Educational qualification, experience and postal address with Cell number, may be sent by Post within 15 days of publication of this advertisement to the Assistant Registrar (Admin), Federal Shariat Court, Constitution Avenue, G-5/2, Islamabad. Applications after due date shall not be entertained.
2. No documents are required to be attached with the application at the time of applying. However, original documents of shortlisted candidates will be checked at the time of interview and if found fake or false the candidature will be rejected and proceedings will also be initiated.
3. Maximum age limit will be relaxed as per Government Policy.
4. Employees of Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Bodies should apply through proper channel.
5. The above posts will be governed by the Federal Shariat Court (Terms & Conditions of Service of Staff) Rules, 1982.
6. The Federal Shariat Court of Pakistan has the right to increase or decrease the number of posts and/or postpone or cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
7. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/Interview.
8. The Quota shall be strictly observed.
