Applications are invited for the following vacancies at PIC-MTI, Peshawar as per the following conditions:

ADMINISTRATIVE POSITIONS

1. Director Facilities Management Male / Female N/A Qualification:
  • Masters Degree in Management Sciences, Health Sciences or Civil Engineering or equivalent Degree (16 Years of Education) in the relevant field from an HEC recognized university.
Experience:
  • 07 years' of post-qualification experience including 05 years of experience in Administrative / Managerial role in the service industry related to Facilities Management.
  • The incumbent should have experience and ability to do strategic planning for the areas (including but not limited to) of engineering operations, food and beverages, laundry, housekeeping, pest control, horticulture, waste management and CSSD.
Preference:
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in healthcare industry or hospital.
2. Director Management Information Services Male / Female N/A Qualification:
  • MCS / MIT / BCS or equivalent qualification in the relevant field (16 Years of Education) from an HEC recognized university. Experience:
  • 07 years' of post qualification experience including 05 years in administrative / managerial role.
  • The incumbent should have experience working in healthcare automation ,network management, network security and software development and implementation, clinical registry databases, planning of computer related work and new technologies to simplify the job processes for end-users, cloud technologies, disaster recovery, enterprise networks and PACS, managing and planning large IT projects assisting the end-users with system and software functionality and training employees for various computer applications usage.
Preference:
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in healthcare industry or hospital.
3. Manager Physiotherapy Male / Female 50 Qualification:
  • DPT or equivalent degree from an HEC recognized University. Experience:
  • 05 Years post qualification experience in a leading role in a tertiary care hospital.
Preference:
  • Experience in a Cardiac Rehab Services in a tertiary care hospital will be an added advantage.
4. Manager Radiology Male / Female 50 Qualification:
  • MBA / MPH (16 Years of Education) from an HEC recognized university.
Experience:
  • 05 Years of post-qualification relevant experience in a supervisory role in a reputed hospital.
Preference:
  • Preference will be given to those candidates who has worked in a supervisory role in Radiology Department.
5. Assistant Manager Purchase Male / Female 40 Qualification:
  • Masters in Supply Chain Management / Public Administration OR MBA with specialization in Supply Chain Management / Finance from an HEC recognized university.
Experience:
  • 03 Years of post-qualification Supply Chain Management / Purchase experience in a reputed public or private organization.
6. Purchase Officer Male / Female 35 Qualification:
  • Masters in Supply Chain Management / Finance / Public Administration or MBA-SCM (16 Years of Education) from an HEC recognized university.
Experience:
  • 02 years of relevant post-qualification experience, preferably in a reputed public or private organization.
7. HR Officer Male / Female 35 Qualification:
  • MBA-HRM (16 years education) or equivalent Degree in HRM / HRD from an HEC recognized university.
Experience:
  • 01 year of relevant post-qualification experience in a tertiary care hospital.
8. Supervisor Out-Patient Services Male / Female 35 Qualification:
  • MBBS / MHA / MPH / MPA / MBA from an HEC recognized university.
Experience:
  • 01 year of post-qualification experience of hospital administration / OPD's / Ambulatory Services in a tertiary care hospital.
9. Secretary to Medical Director, Hospital Director, Dean Female 35 Qualification:
  • Masters Degree (16 Years of Education) from an HEC recognized
university. Candidates should be mature professional with excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
  • Candidates should have knowledge of recording meeting minutes, record keeping, and file management
Experience:
  • 01 year of post-qualification working experience in a reputed and large organization in office management.
  • Candidates must be computer literate and should have relevant experience.
  • Candidate should be well versed in MS Office.
10. Associate System Administrator Male / Female 35 Qualification:
  • Bachelors in Computer Science or IT or Electrical Engineering (16 Years ) from an HEC recognized university.
Experience:
  • 02 Years of relevant post-qualification experience in a reputable public or private sector organization.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, VMware, Virtualization, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS.
  • Hands-on expertise on hardware (Servers, Storages Devices, NAS, desktops, laptops, UPS), and softwares like Operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux), applications (Microsoft Office, Anti-virus, Data migration tools etc.).
Preference:
  • Preference may be given to candidates having relevant international certificate like MCSE or CompTIA Server+ or CCNA or ITIL or having relevant hospital experience.
11. Assistant Biomedical Engineer Male / Female 40 Qualification:
  • B.Sc / BE in Electrical / Electronic / Biomedical Engineering or other relevant engineering degree (16 years of Education) from an HEC and PEC recognized university.
  • Candidate must have a valid PEC number.
Experience:
  • 02 years' of post-qualification experience in repair and maintenance of medical equipment is mandatory.
12. Boiler Supervisor Male 40 Qualification:
  • Intermediate from recognized s Board and Institution.
  • Candidate must have a C-Class Boiler Certificate.
Experience:
  • 07 Years of relevant pre- and post-qualification experience as a Boiler Operator.
13. Office Assistant Male / Female 35 Qualification:
  • Masters in Management Sciences / Social Sciences / Computer
Science / Information Technology / English (16 years of Education) from an HEC recognized university. Experience:
  • 02 Years of post-qualification experience in a clerical capacity. Other Conditions:
  • Candidate must be Computer literate with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office along with Typing speed of 25 words per minute.
  • Candidate must have good interpersonal communication skills.
CLINICAL AND PARAMEDICAL
14. Nursing Supervisor Male / Female 45 Qualification:
  • B.Sc Nursing or Post RN. BSc.N from an institution registered with Pakistan Nursing Council.
  • Updated PNC Registration is mandatory.
Experience:
  • 02 years of post-qualification practical experience in a tertiary care hospital.
15. Infection Control Nurse Male / Female 40 Qualification:
  • BSc. Nursing (Hons) / Post RN BSc.N / Diploma in Nursing RN with midwifery or 1 year post basic speciality experience registered with Pakistan Nursing Council.
  • Updated PNC Registration is mandatory.
Experience:
  • 02 years of post-qualification experience in Infection Control / Prevention in a reputed hospital.
16. Data Scientist and Analyst Male / Female 45 Qualification:
  • M.Sc / BS (Hons) degree in Statistics / Biostatistics (16 years of education) from an HEC recognized university
OR
  • BS Computer Science / Software Engineering (16 years of Education) from an HEC recognized university.
Experience:
  • 02 years of post-qualification experience of Data Processing / Analysis and conducting statistical analysis for large data sets, preferably healthcare data in a reputed hospital.
  • The incumbent must also have experience in using SPSS, STATA or similar software.
17. Charge Nurse Female 45 Qualification:
  • BSc Nursing with compulsory internship / Post RN B.Sc. N OR Diploma in Nursing, RN and Midwifery Diploma.
  • Updated PNC Registration is mandatory.
Experience:
  • 01 year post-qualification clinical experience in a tertiary care hospital.
Preference:
  • Preference will be given to the candidates having experience in cardiac care.
18. Radiation Protection Officer Male / Female 45 Qualification & Experience:
  • BS in Radiology Imaging Technology from an HEC recognized university and institution with 01 year of relevant post-qualification experience in a public or private sector reputable institution
OR
  • Diploma in Health / Radiology Technology from an HEC recognized university and institution with 02 years of relevant post-qualification experience in a public or private sector reputable institution.
19. Clinical Technologist- Cath Lab Male / Female 45 Qualification and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Cardiac Cath (16 years of Education) or its equivalent degree from an HEC recognized university / institution. OR
  • Bachelor Degree in Cardiology (16 Years of Education) from an HEC recognized university / institution with 01 year post-qualification experience in Cardiac Cath Lab in a reputed hospital.
20. Clinical Technician- Respiratory Male / Female 45 Qualification:
  • Diploma in Pulmonary Technology or its equivalent from KP Medical Faculty.
Experience:
  • 1 year post-qualification experience in Pulmonary Treatments & Procedures at a Tertiary Care Hospital.
21. Clinical Technician- Cath Lab Male / Female 45 Qualification:
  • Diploma in Cardiology from KP Medical Faculty.
Experience:
  • 01 year post-qualification experience in Cardiac Cath Lab in a reputed hospital.
22. Research Assistant Male / Female 35 Qualification:
  • Master's degree in Biological Sciences / Life Sciences / Statistics / Public Health (16 Years of Education) from an HEC recognized university.
Experience:
  • 01 year of post-qualification experience in conducting a clinical research and managing databases.
23. Cath Lab Assistant Male / Female 45 Qualification:
  • SSC from a recognized board and institution.
Experience:
  • 05 years post-qualification experience in Cardiac Cath Lab in a reputed hospital.

  2. The service of the candidates will be governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical and Teaching Institution Reforms Act, 2015 including its amendments and regulations of the institution.
  3. Candidates should be eligible in all respects including qualification (Degree and Diploma), experience (only post-qualification experience will be considered which is duly issued by either Administration / Human Resources or Establishment department of the institution concerned with proper references and date of issuance), age (calculated as on last day of the advertisement) before the closing date of the advertisement.
  4. The following applications will be subject to disqualification and will not be entertained:
    • Incomplete applications i.e. Missing Job Application Form, missing or irregular experience certificates as mentioned in serial 3, Missing Diploma or Degree as per requirement / criteria.
    • Late submission i.e. applications received after the due date.
