Eligibility & Experience
16-years degree (master's preferred) in information system, computer science, engineering or related field from HEC-recognized local/foreign university.
Post Qualification relevant experience minimum of 15 years.
Broad knowledge of information systems including software, languages, frameworks, techniques, and industry trends.
Experience in leading complex, major changes and initiatives, demonstrated skills in change management on an organizational and inter-personal level; experience with integrating teams across multiple business units and managing a geographically dispersed and diverse workforce.
Experience in designing and effective information governance framework across the spectrum of IT service delivery.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The candidates must comply with the Fit and Proper Criteria as laid
down under the Public Sector Companies (Corporate Governance) Rules, 2013 framed under the Companies Act, 2017 and also as laid down under the State Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act. 2023
16-years degree LLB/LLM/Barrister at law.
Post Qualification relevant experience minimum of 15 years. Licensed advocate of the High Court.
Strong background in corporate, commercial law, and contract negotiations preferably related to the power sector at national and international level.
Exposure of work with Government and Regulatory Authorities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The employment shall be purely on contract basis for an initial period of two years, further extendable for maximum 3 years based the performance appraisal by the Board of Directors.

c. Copies of Degrees/Testimonials duly verified by the Higher Education Commission or the professional body or association whichever is relevant.
d. Attested copy of the Registration with professional governing body or PEC.
e. All pages of the application should be numbered and signed by the applicant.

Candidates with foreign academic qualification must furnish HEC Equivalence Certificate.
5. Candidates already working in Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Public Organization can apply through proper channel. In case of
his/her selection, he/she shall either resign from his/her service or seek early retirement from his/her parent organization before joining against any of the above posts in PESCO. No officer shall be appointed against these posts on Deputation or Lien in any case.
