Barrick Gold Corporation is recruiting a high-caliber team of individuals for the development of its outstanding, world-class mining project - the Reko Diq copper-gold mine in Balochistan.

Qualification
BSc/BSc Honors Degree majoring in Geology or Hydrogeology.
Experience
Minimum 1 years' experience in Hydrogeology in the Mining Industry would be advantageous.
Requirements
In depth understanding of relevant safety and mining legislation. Knowledge of geotechnical engineering practices, principles, and processes. Basic understanding of the risk assessment process. Knowledge of Mine Planning Principles.
Communications (written and verbal) and time management skills. Report writing skills. Data management and analytical skills. Project management skills. People / contractor
management skills. Computer Literacy (MS Office and relevant Hydrogeological and Geotechnical Engineering Packages).
Responsibilities
Responsible for overseeing water supply, compliance with legislation, safety measures, monitoring water levels and quality, managing capital projects, coordinating contractors and consultants, planning water activities in collaboration with mine sections, and ensuring accurate water balance accounting and reporting.
