SENIOR MANAGER - ORGANIZATIONAL DESIGN

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the implementation of organizational structures and systems that are aligned to the organization's core strategies.
  • Promote improved organizational effectiveness through the development of competency-based people management practices.
  • Facilitate internal collaboration across all subject matter processes. Check culture metrics such as employee engagement, employee satisfaction, and performance indicators.
  • Review, analyze and update JD(s) for position(s) affected by organizational restructuring, including: role identification, reporting relationship, major responsibility & performance indicators, and required competency.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the performance management system and its related communication efforts by analyzing data and feedback and Developing and delivering inclusive engagement programs continually building upon institutional calendar of employee appreciation.
  • Design, implement and communicate related HR policies, including but not limited to, compensation and benefit policies and programs, performance management framework, policies and processes.
  • Build and maintain market-competitive salary structures for a diverse group of jobs, reflecting the company's strategy for attracting and retaining key talent.
  • Drive best practice and efficiency in total rewards analytics and processes by proactively identifying areas for improvement and proposing and implementing creative solutions.
  • Developing and delivering inclusive engagement programs, playing key role in the recognition, continually building upon institutional calendar of employee appreciation.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 16 years of education, preferably Master's from a renowned and HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution, in Human Resources. HR certifications will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 4 years of related functional experience in a similar role at a senior/equivalent position.
  • A strong HR background with demonstrated experience in designing and delivering complex organizational change initiatives.
  • Proven track record of demonstrated capability to lead and oversee end-to-end performance management cycles and organizational design initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills are vital for success in this role.
  • Maintain professional discretion with sensitive and highly confidential information at all times.
  • The candidate should not be more than 40 years of age at the time of last date of submission of application.

LEAD AUDITOR INFORMATION SECURITY (IS) AUDIT

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct department / location audit and coordinating with relevant functions in reporting and implementing audit recommendations / outcomes.
  • Perform detailed evaluation and critical reviews of digitalization projects implemented by the company from security and controls point of view.
  • Conduct various audit assignments through mass data analytics.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 16 years of education with 4-Year Bachelor's from HEC recognized institution or equivalent foreign degree preferably BE/BS (Computer Science/Software Engineering).
  • CISA Certification with experience of completing successful audits in ERP environment. SAP related certification will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 6-7 years of professional experience with at least 2-5 years related experience in a middle/junior management position.
  • The incumbent shall possess analytical, interpersonal, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point).
  • The candidate should not be more than 35 years of age as of last date of submission of application.
 

LEAD AUDITOR

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct department / location audit.
  • Coordinate with relevant functions in reporting & implementing audit recommendations / outcomes.
  • Review of processes / procedures from control perspective and improving efficiency in the overall working.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 16 years of education with 4-Year Bachelor's Degree with majors in Finance / Accounting & Finance (BBA / BS / MBA / MS) and/or ACCA and/or CA. CISA / SAP related certification will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience with at least 1 year related experience in a junior management position.
  • The incumbent shall possess analytical, interpersonal, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point).
  • The candidate should not be more than 30 years of age as of last date of submission of application.

ASSISTANT MANAGER AUDIT

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assisting the lead auditor in conducting departmental / locations audits and coordinating with relevant functions in reporting & implementing audit recommendations / outcomes.
  • Review of processes / procedures from control perspective and improving efficiency in the overall working.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 16 years of education with 4-Year Bachelor's Degree with majors in Finance / Accounting & Finance (BBA/BS/MBA/MS) and/or ACCA and/or CA. CISA certification will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 1 years of related professional experience in a junior management position.
  • The incumbent shall possess analytical, interpersonal, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point).
  • The candidate should not be more than 28 years of age as of last date of submission of application.
