Job Advertisement 23-Feb-2022 in Energy Department Govt of Sindh Karachi

Applications are invited from qualified, experienced and highly motivated individuals on purely contractual basis under ADP Scheme 672 titled "Sindh Solar Energy Project" having domicile of province of Sindh. The Project Management Unit has hired MIS Sindh Testing Service (STS) to conduct the initial screening test written test. The required educational qualifications and experience are available at websites www.ssep.gos.pk and www.sts.orq.pk against following vacant posts. The details are as under:-

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Only eligible candidates fulfilling criteria for respective posts will be called for screening test and interview.
• The details of educational qualification and experience are available at website www.esep.goe.pk
• Age relaxation will be entertained as per existing policy.
• Candidates already in government service should apply through proper channel / having NOC from respective departments .1 organizations otherwise their candidature will not be accepted.
• Incomplete applications and those received after due date shall not be entertained.
• Deposited test fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Domicile and PRC (Form D) must be of Sindh province.
• No TA I DA shall be admissible for test / interview.
• The time and venue of screening test shall be intimated later on through SMS and Sindh Testing Service (STS) website.
• The shortlisted /eligible candidates are advised to download their Admit Card from STS website.
• If any document provided by candidate is found bogus during the recruitment process and afterwards the appointment will be treated as cancelled.
• Only shortlisted candidates who shall qualify screening test of STS by obtaining at least 50% Marks and their documents are complete in all respects shall be called for interview.
• The candidates are advised in their own interest to check the eligibility criteria, experience and requisite documents prior to apply.
• The candidate should bring original documents along with attested copy of all these relevant documents at the time of interview.
• Male and female both can apply.
• Mobile phone is not allowed in test premises.
• Women / Disabled and Minorities quota shall be observed i maintained strictly according to existing rules policies of Govt of Sindh.

How to Apply

• Interested individuals fulfilling the above criteria should download the application form along with the prescribed test fee deposit slip from STS website (www.sts.orq.pk).
• Pay the screening test fee of Rs. 209/- in any of the country-wide online branch of UBL, Sindh Bank Ltd and Meezan Bank, attach the paid copy of deposit slip with the filled up application form.
• Application Forms is properly filled up and incomplete without paid copy of deposit slip will be rejected.
• Please submit your screening test fees through prescribed deposit slip on any online branch of designated bank.
• Applications submitted by hand will not be entertained.
• STS will not be responsible for the late receipt of applications sent through post or by any courier service.
• Last date of submission of application form is 15 days from the date of advertisement.
• Please send the filled up application form along with original deposit slip through any courier service to M/s Sindh Testing Services, Pakistan (address mentioned in the form), before the last date.
• Please do not attach any original document, only attested photocopies of educational certificates, experience certificates, CNIC, domicile and PRO (form D) and four passport size photographs are required with an application form.
